Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Atellier platform. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund. We may update this AUP at any time.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, store, transmit, or generate through the Service content that:
- Is illegal, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or violates publicity or moral rights;
- Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, worms, time bombs, or any other harmful code;
- Is defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence or discrimination;
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAM is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement);
- Constitutes adult sexual content, escort services, or commercial sexual services;
- Promotes weapons (firearms, ammunition, explosives), illegal drugs, or other regulated goods that the Service is not designed to support;
- Contains personal data of EU/UK data subjects in special categories (Art. 9 GDPR) without prior written agreement;
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to mislead (including impersonation and "pig-butchering"-type investment scams);
- Discloses another person's confidential information (doxxing) or non-public personal data without authorization;
- Violates the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) — the Service is not a HIPAA Business Associate and may not be used to store or process Protected Health Information; or
- Contains payment-card data outside the fields explicitly designed for it (we do not store full PANs; payment processing flows through Stripe).
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) — see the Anti-Spam Policy;
- Sending SMS without verifiable opt-in or without 10DLC registration where required by U.S. carriers;
- Using AI features to generate deepfakes of real people, automated mass disinformation, or content prohibited under Section 1;
- Using the Service to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, or other legally significant matters without meaningful human review;
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service or any related infrastructure outside of our published responsible-disclosure program;
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent rate limits, plan quotas, billing controls, or access restrictions;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from the Service, except as expressly permitted by law;
- Scraping the Service or our public properties using automated means without our prior written consent;
- Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties as a hosted service without a written reseller agreement;
- Building a competing product or service using the Service or any of its outputs;
- Sharing login credentials or allowing seats to be shared by more individuals than the plan permits;
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service;
- Knowingly transmitting any data or material that contains software viruses, trojan horses, or any other malicious code.
3. Communications & 10DLC Compliance
You are the sender of all communications you send through the Service. You must:
- Maintain auditable proof of opt-in for every recipient on every channel;
- Provide clear opt-out instructions in every marketing message and honor opt-outs within 24 hours;
- Register your brand and campaigns with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and U.S. carriers (10DLC) for SMS;
- Not send messages to numbers on the U.S. National Do Not Call Registry without an established business relationship or express invitation;
- Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy, and any other applicable communications law in your recipients' jurisdictions.
4. Security Research
We welcome good-faith security research. See our Security page for our responsible- disclosure program. Testing must be limited to your own account and must not access other customers' data. Automated scanners must be coordinated with us in advance.
5. Enforcement
Atellier may, at its sole discretion, take any of the following actions in response to suspected violations:
- Warning — written notice and opportunity to cure (typically 7–30 days);
- Throttling or feature disablement — temporary limits on sending, AI, or storage;
- Suspension — temporary loss of access pending investigation;
- Termination — permanent account closure without refund;
- Preservation & disclosure — preservation of records and disclosure to law enforcement when legally required or to prevent imminent harm.
For severe violations (e.g., CSAM, malware distribution, fraud, threats to safety, or actions that threaten the Service or other customers) we may suspend or terminate immediately and without notice.
6. Reporting
Report suspected violations to hello@meonneon.com with the subject line "AUP Report" and as much detail as possible (URLs, message IDs, timestamps).
Copyright complaints (for example, a logo, image, font, or text used without permission) must follow the notice-and-takedown process in our Copyright & DMCA Policy, so that we receive the information the law requires to act on them.
