Shipping Tracking That Updates Your CRM Automatically

Stop manually checking tracking numbers and fielding "has it shipped?" calls. Automated shipping tracking updates your CRM, notifies customers, and triggers delivery workflows.

A client emails: "Where's my sign?" You check FedEx. Then you update the client. Then you update your CRM. Three steps that should be zero steps.

Atellier's shipping integration monitors carriers automatically and updates your CRM in real time. Your team and your clients stay informed without anyone lifting a finger.

The Manual Tracking Problem

  • Delayed updates — By the time someone checks tracking and updates the CRM, the information is already stale
  • Client anxiety — Clients who can't check their order status will call or email you — repeatedly
  • Missed deliveries — If you don't know a package was delivered, you can't trigger follow-up sequences on time
  • No delivery confirmation — Did the client actually receive it? Is it damaged? You don't know until they tell you.

The best customer service is proactive. Tell clients what's happening before they have to ask.

How Automatic Tracking Works

  1. Add tracking number — Enter the tracking number on the deal (or it's pulled from the factory order). The deal stage auto-updates to "Shipped."
  2. Client notification — An automatic email goes out with the tracking number and estimated delivery date
  3. Carrier monitoring — Atellier checks FedEx/DHL for status changes and updates the deal timeline
  4. Delivery detection — When the carrier confirms delivery, the deal moves to "Delivered" and your post-delivery sequence begins

From factory to front door — tracked, automated, and transparent.
